He is, he is insane mental manja is his name! Just mind it! I am telling about manja, mental manja! addbiDhey buDhi for discovering this piece. Must mention that there is just a single song in the movie, and that too is situational. The climax, as in hazaaron, is very well made.Īgain, a very very decent watch. Nothing wrong in that, but in a pretty decently thought-out movie that appears very natural, these remain as avoidable flaws. Suhasini Mulay always is shown wearing rich silk sarees, even when she serves breakfast to her son. Mahima is an economics prof, and she wears sarees like the ones Sushmita Sen wears in Main Hoon Naa. The less I talk of the clothes of Suhasini Mulay, and Mahima, the better. The tapping of cellular phones has been worked out very thoughtfully, and Pankaj Kapur (remember karamchand or more recently Dus, where he plays the villain) essays the role of the professor of Mobile technologies well. They looked natural, and did their jobs well. Sushant as the villain, and Arshad Warsi as the cop play their parts perfectly. (Well, I am not sure if its a real story. Though the story is quite cliched (a cop cleaning up the society), the performances, and the portrayal of the characters are very good. hindi cinema made my week :), esp given the sporting disappointment (the brazilian GP disappointment first, and then the chiefs get hammered at Denver on Monday nite!)ĭecent movie, this. ?īTW, the music arrangement is by Mano Murthy (the america america guy).Ģ good movies in a week. Made a friend hear the tune, and he says its a lift off a tamil movie. Must mention that one tune appears to have been lifted straight off Saajaniya (the Indipop album by Mitul And Mukul). It might not be classy as some percieve songs, but it works, and its definitely not as bad as the one seen in Chocolate (the hindi movie - tequila ka yek shot hoon main) I wouldnt have commented about the lyrics, but I think they are pretty nice, actually :) Quite good music for those who like the jazzy kind. Huduga - This song shows that kannada film music has really evolved. īeLagina Atakendhu ninagey theater theradihudhu.Ģ. HAlu papernavaru niNa darushanake kadhiharu. Its got some trendy music, and some catchy lyrics. Suprabhatha - You can call this a remix version of the suprabhatha (not literally). Nothing special, but has 2 very listenable songs.ġ. Had time to catch up with the music of Amruthadhare (or is it Amrithadhare?), the Nagathihalli movie. Oho oho chenne chenne - sparsha, hamsalekha Oh raviye - some Sudeep movie, gurukiran Rangeela rangeela - aadi (2005), gurukiran Needu shiva - ganayogi panchakshara gavayi, hamsalekha Ninna kanasigey hosa hesaranu baresi meresiĪarambha premadharambha. most of the songs turned out to be pleasant! Given that my collection has around 30% kannada songs, it was indeed strange that the pseudo random song selector picked kannada songs only. For some reason today, it started playing only kannada songs :) - around 10 straight songs were kannada.
XMMS's song selector usually does a decent job of selecting random songs. but cant help thinking that the picturization of "preethse antha praaNa ," was inspired by "Suraj Hua Maddham""
My god! they can atleast make it look trendy.
